We're changing the way protocol endpoints are routed to decrease latency and improve failover.

Expected impact: no interruption expected. Traffic moves to the new routing as DNS refreshes. Clients that have not refreshed continue to be served throughout.

The endpoint URL, credentials, and API behaviour are unchanged.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding.

    Update
    September 29, 2026 at 6:30 PMUTC

We are upgrading our Stellar Mainnet nodes to stellar-rpc 29.0.0 ahead of the network's move to protocol 29, as part of our ongoing work on performance, security and reliability.

    What to expect

    • The upgrade runs for approximately 2 hours.

    • Nodes are upgraded one at a time, so the Stellar Mainnet pool stays available throughout.

    • You may see brief, intermittent latency increases as individual nodes restart and resynchronise.

    • No action is required on your end — our team handles the upgrade end to end.

We will monitor closely throughout and post updates here if anything changes. Thank you for your patience and support.
