We're changing the way protocol endpoints are routed to decrease latency and improve failover.

Expected impact: no interruption expected. Traffic moves to the new routing as DNS refreshes. Clients that have not refreshed continue to be served throughout.

The endpoint URL, credentials, and API behaviour are unchanged.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services.
