    We're changing the way protocol endpoints are routed to decrease latency and improve failover.

    Expected impact: no interruption expected. Traffic moves to the new routing as DNS refreshes. Clients that have not refreshed continue to be served throughout.

    The endpoint URL, credentials, and API behaviour are unchanged.
